The system is ideal for modernizing worn stairs and refurbishing old tile and wood floors, including retrofitted underfloor heating. Qubo® Color Quartz is available in various grain sizes. With a selection of over 150 different colors, there are no limits to your design possibilities.
Your way to a new look in your store, home and garage in just a few days.
In technical work environments such as computer rooms, electrical workshops and laboratories, it is particularly important to protect sensitive computers and measuring devices from static discharges. These occur in dry heated air and particularly in rooms with carpets, but also on laminate and PVC surfaces.
This is where our quartz gravel flooring demonstrates several of its strengths and combines the antistatic effect with the sound-absorbing properties of carpeting.
Incidentally, these properties also apply to our Qubo® stone carpet made of marble gravel.
Qubo® quartz gravel in over 150 colors opens up completely new possibilities for designing old and new stairs. From muted tones to bright metallic gravel and a pearlescent effect, the colors can be combined as desired for steps, joints and side strips of stone carpet stairs. The abrasion-resistant colored quartz allows your desired design to shine as brightly as on the first day, even after many years. The fine grain is particularly popular on stairs for its even, easy-care surfaces.
A garage doesn’t have to be a cold, gray storage room. A well-maintained vehicle and a well-equipped workbench can be presented with pride.
Qubo® quartz gravel floors turn your garage into an attractive and robust exhibition space. The flooring not only withstands the strain of vehicles, oil, and gasoline, it also remains permanently crack-free and is easy to clean. With over 150 gravel colors and airbrush logos with custom designs, your garage will become a functional eye-catcher. Quartz gravel is a highly pressure-resistant rock. That is why our garage floors are made exclusively from this material. In contrast to the softer marble gravel, our quartz gravel floors for garages achieve a compressive strength of 500 kg per cm². Special industrial floors (mortar floors) can achieve a compressive strength of around 1000 kg per cm².
Whether you spend a lot of time in your hobby workshop or work professionally in a car workshop between lifting platforms and jacks: Cracks in the floor, uneven surfaces and discoloration caused by chemicals are always a nuisance.
With the Qubo® quartz gravel floor, you have the right floor to combat these problems! A seamless, even surface, sealed and protected from damage caused by petrol, oil and dropped tools.
Perfect in combination with a Qubo® Painting Airbrush logo!
The mortar floor is a quartz gravel floor filled with epoxy resin with a particularly fine grain and smooth surface. This makes it a highly resilient industrial floor. Particularly suitable for crack-bridging renovation work! If the floor is laid as a so-called scatter coating, quartz gravel is scattered into a bed of synthetic resin in excess. After curing, the excess material is removed and the surface is sealed. Depending on the choice of grain size, different slip classifications are possible, for example “R12V4” for commercial kitchens and cold rooms.
Qubo® quartz gravel flooring is becoming increasingly popular and demand for this product is growing, as it offers many advantages. In living areas, it has all the positive properties of an ordinary stone carpet. Qubo® quartz flooring can be laid quickly and also in combination with underfloor heating.
Screed, concrete, tiles – the Qubo® can be laid on almost any substrate. In combination with a fabric mat, the floor system can even be laid on wooden subfloors.
The installation height depends on the selected grain size. The laying thickness is 6 mm for a grain size of 2 – 4 mm and 10 mm for a grain size of 4 – 8 mm.
Our Qubo® gravel floors can be walked on after 24 hours and are fully cured after 7 days.
Whether in the same color or as a contrast – the ideal skirting boards are created directly on site from quartz gravel. These ensure a uniform, elegant look and can be perfectly adapted to the architectural and stylistic requirements.
Our Qubo® sample cases contain 100 different sample trays with 85 color quartz and 15 types of marble. There are over 150 other colors to choose from in our showroom. Our own color creations and mixtures enable individual floor and wall coatings.

Our Qubo® quartz gravel floors are naturally solvent-free. They are characterized by a pleasant walking comfort, which is created by the stone structure.
The textured surface also makes the floor anti-allergenic. This means that the fine house dust settles in the individual pores, is not trapped and can simply be vacuumed out. This floor is therefore predestined for house dust allergy sufferers, making it ideal for laying in bedrooms. Of course, it can also be wet mopped. A wet vacuum cleaner is suitable for basic cleaning.
The sealing with a pore seal ensures a hygienic surface. The quartz floor is also very warm underfoot. This effect is created by the insulating effect of the many small air chambers in the floor system.
Its high slip resistance is particularly beneficial for our four-legged friends. The animals feel particularly comfortable on the Qubo®. Quartz gravel floors are suitable for practically all rooms.
Due to its sound-absorbing effect, Qubo® is the preferred choice for seminar and conference rooms, cinemas, exhibitions, museums, daycare centers, schools, youth and community centers. Contact sound is attenuated by 4db with quartz gravel flooring. A sound-absorbing layer can be incorporated to increase the sound absorption to 10db.
From the converted attic to the cellar and garage. Qubo® quartz gravel floors are all-rounders for indoor and outdoor areas, both private and commercial. Installed indoors, it is suitable for the entire living area such as the dining room, living room, conservatory, kitchen, children’s room, guest room and bedroom, utility room and office. In bathrooms and toilets, the seamless, modern surface coating replaces conventional tiles.
Gravel floors are also suitable for saunas, fitness and wellness areas, swimming pools and for outdoor pool surrounds.
Outdoor stairs, balconies and terraces are also covered with quartz. Due to its insensitivity to dirt, quartz flooring is often laid in entrance areas such as corridors and on stairs. A logo in the foyer is a special eye-catcher.
Thanks to its high load-bearing capacity, the quartz flooring is used in factory buildings, industrial halls and warehouses that are accessed by forklift trucks and equipped with heavy-duty shelving. Thanks to its special structure and sealing, Qubo® quartz gravel flooring is an oil and petrol-resistant floor covering for garages and workshops.
A separating layer can be incorporated for easy removal of the Qubo®.
For industrial purposes, a floor must remain durable and hard-wearing for decades. The surface must also be resistant to various liquids and chemicals. Our Qubo® quartz gravel floor meets these requirements with flying colors. We can also adapt your gravel floor to your corporate design and brand it with your company logo.
All Qubo® stone carpet systems have a slip resistance of class R10. With a special sealant, the slip resistance class can be increased to R13.
The binders used, which consist of natural resins and a hardener component, are a very important issue when creating these top floors. The Qubo® epoxy resin is solvent-free and has been tested and approved in accordance with the specifications of the Committee for Health-related Evaluation of Building Products (AgBB). The AgBB’s task is to analyze the emissions of volatile organic compounds in building products. In Germany, only products that comply with the AgBB specifications may be used indoors.
The standard gravel grain sizes are 1 – 2 mm, 2 – 3 mm and 3 – 4 mm.
Due to its insensitivity to dirt, it is very suitable for laying on stairs. This also applies to corridors, foyers and entrance areas.
The original slip resistance class of a quartz gravel floor is R10. With a special seal, any slip resistance class can be set.
Man kann den Quarzkiesboden einfach trocken saugen, nass wischen oder ein Nasssauggerät verwenden.
